Mail triages recruiter/application email. Reports shows funnel and response-rate stats. Ops is pipeline health and search-direction tuning.

The fit ring. A quick read on match quality: green (70+) is a strong match, amber (40–69) is worth a look, gray (under 40) is a likely pass.
